Nikki Bohm, Actor/Writer
Nikki Bohm is an actress and writer born in Zagreb Croatia, raised in Vancouver, Canada and currently residing in Los Angeles, California. She began her career as a Dancer and Actor at ZKM, where she appeared in professional productions such as “Konrad The Kid From The Tin Can”, which participated at the International Dance and Acting Festival in Hague, Netherlands. Later she attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London and holds the full-time degree from the American Academy Of Dramatic Arts in New York.
Her debut script for the film “Nothing Happened” was written in order to shed light on the ongoing problem of Domestic abuse all around the world. In hopes to finally show the world what really happens behind closed doors in a domestically abusive relationship and to inspire all the women, and men in the world to take a stand and Stop Domestic Abuse. She is currently developing several other scripts.
Nikki's Theater credits include: Cleopatra in Shakespeare’s “Anthony and Cleopatra” , Helena in “Midsummer Nights Dream”, directed by the established actor / director Hugh Fraser. Off-Off Broadway credits include lead roles such as Portia in “Merchant of Venice” (Queens Shakespeare Company), and Nance in “Female Transport”. LA stage credits include a lead role in the “Mary Jane-The Weed Show” at the Mackenzie Theater , the lead role of Ursula in the World Premiere of “Berlin Cowboys” Directed by Iris Merlis and written by Will Manus for the Write Act Repertory in Los Angeles, and the role of PMS in "Patty The Revival " directed by Patrick Kennelly for U-N-M-A-R-K-E-D at The Highways Performance Space in Santa Monica.
Her Film credits include the lead role of Gigi in “Nobody Can Cool” written and directed by DPYX: Rachel Holzman and Marcy Boyle, the lead role of Woman in “Nothing Happened”, Agent Myers (supporting) in “I am a Fat Cat”, April in "Affections", lead role in “A Snowman’s Tale”, and the lead in two short films “Murder of an Ego” and “Breathe” directed by Rima Naim. Nikki has also performed as the lead in Orit Ben-Shitrit’s “Men Who Die, and They Are Not Happy”, which is exhibited at the Haifa Museum of Modern Art in Jerusalem.
